Physician, national NPC bikini competitor, NPC judge, coach, fitness writer, and mother, Dr. Brandy Segura is quickly making her mark in the fitness industry. She holds both her M.D. degree and B.S. in Neuroscience from UCLA. In 2009, she left Residency training to raise her family and quickly found herself overweight at 175lbs. Her switch from Physician and scientist to fitness enthusiast occurred when she discovered bodybuilding competitions. At that moment she decided to take charge of her body, her lifestyle, and to begin competing.
