That's considered a time consuming luxury that we just don't have. In the chinese culture, it is taught that you need a balance of yin-yang. Yang would be the hard work out in this situation and Yin would be the soft meditation. Most of us are heavily weighted with yang energy and need to find the balance (without getting into too much detail of yin-yang balance).
So what does that have to do with fidget spinners?! Believe it or not, before these silly little plastic toys became the next fad that all of your kids needed, there was a small group of machinists across the country making high end, precision machined spinners that were intended to reduce stress and anxiety while driving, working at your desk or just standing in that ridiculous line at the grocery store. The spinning is enough to bring you to the moment and help focus on task or just relax into it. Once cheap manufacturing got wind of the fact that these guys couldn't make enough of them to keep up with demand, they started pumping out cheap versions by the tens of thousands. Our kids decided that it was the latest fad and completely changed the perception of them for most folks. Anthony Lawson from J. L. Lawson & Co. decided that he wouldn't let that prevent him from creating what was, in his mind, the perfect spinner. The small size and minimalist design isn't meant to stand out but keep the fidgeting to yourself. He keeps one in the car and one on the desk to have handy for those stressful moments but can just as easily be carried in the pocket unnoticed. Centre Spin isn't part of this passing fad but a timeless addition to your lifestyle.
