Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. The best three branched chain amino acids (also known as BCAAs) are Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. When we talk about a nutrition supplement, BCAAs are the most valuable of the whole bunch. They help our bodies recover from workouts by reducing protein breakdown within the muscles; and they naturally increase testosterone and growth hormone, the body’s most important fat-fighting and muscle-building hormones. They work very efficiently when you are dieting in order to lose weight.

STAY OUT OF KETOSIS!!!
Yes. That’s right. The weight loss industry wants you to be afraid of ketosis so you will stay heavy and need to buy more crap to try to get lean! Oh yeah. And grain producers & food companies want this too, because then you will be a “heavy user”. – YES. That’s what people who consume high amounts of their food products are called! This was first revealed in 2004’s Super Size Me.

Our bodies have been created with a beautiful synergy of movement. We can bend and flex in all sorts of ways and push ourselves to new levels. The fitness journey is full of all sorts of turns, angles, and speed bumps along the way. As you exercise and work the tissue, some breakdown can naturally occur. This can lead to inflammation, stiffness, soreness, and in some cases can restrict the freedom of movement we once enjoyed. In addition, as our bodies age, the production of cartilage can decrease, causing that once cushy joint to have less cartilage leaving us with pain in places we aren’t used to. By adding some simple supplements to your routine, you can avoid these common ailments.

Our clocks were turned back and with that, a large number of people began to feel more down now that this shift has occurred. Often, we refer to this feeling as the “winter blues”. Some people will feel down for the duration of the shorter winter days, and then brighten again in the longer summer days, while others are much more negatively affected by the time change.
Protein is hot. Now officially the next wonder ingredient to be oversold and marketed by corporate food giants that focus on making ordinary products for the maddening crowd. You can even find these products at the local grocery store next to the Honey Bunches and Fruity Pebbles.
If you have been into fitness/nutrition any time during the last 30-years, you know the belief that protein intake is fundamental to good health isn’t new. In my view those of us who’ve been committed to fitness are responsible for creating the demand for products with more protein.
